METHOD #1
This method is the most cost effective for you since you will only be charged the leg corresponding to the country you are calling from. However, you can only use this method if you are at the phone number last recorded as callback number in your account.

1. Dial your access number, and hang up at the first ring
2. Wait for your callback and pick up the receiver. If you requested that your account be fully protected by a PIN, you will be prompted for it now
3. Press the following two keys * 2 to gain access to the following IVR menu

TO CHANGE YOUR CALLBACK NUMBER, press 3
- When prompted, enter your PIN (this is the minimum protection imposed UWT)
- When prompted, enter the number which you would like to be called back from now on when dialing your access number FOLLOWED BY THE # KEY
For a number in the US or Canada, enter 1-Area Code Phone-Number #
For a number anywhere else in the world, enter 011-Country Code-Number #
- Now the IVR will repeat the number you have just entered. If you have an extension that the server should dial after your number, press 1 and enter it followed by the # key. If the new number is correct save it by entering 2.
- If you made a mistake or if you would like to access other options or make a call, press ### (pound three times) and repeat the instructions starting at step 3, or hang up if you are finished.

TO RECORD A SPEED DIAL NUMBER, press 4
- Press a number between 1 and 99. Press # after the numberS 1 through 9
- Enter the number you would like to record under that speed dial followed by the # key
- Now the IVR will repeat the number you have just entered. Save that number by pressing 1
- You will be prompted to record an other speed dial number or just hang up

TO RECORD A PERSONAL GREETING, press 5
-If this is the first time you record a personal greeting, you will be prompted to enter a code which could be your access number (different from your PIN). Then, you will prompted to record your message after the beep. End your message with the # key. Example of message if you are going to be in a hotel “ Hello, please connect me to Mr. ??? in room ????”. From this time on, this message will play twice every time upon callback. Then, if you requested full protection of your account, “Please enter your PIN number” will be played twice, or if you didn’t, “Please enter your destination number” will be played twice.
- Press 1 to save, 2 to listen to your message, 3 to re-record
- After saving, the IVR menu will be played again, you can just hang up or make further changes or if you would like to make a call press ### and then dial the number you would like to call followed by the # key.

TO ERASE YOUR PERSONAL GREETING, press 6, and then hang up
TO GET BALANCE ON ACCESS NUMBER, press 9.



METHOD # 2
This method allows you to make modifications when you are not at the number last recorded as your callback number. Your local telecom provider will charge you for this call. You will not be able to place a call from this option.

1 Dial +1 305 406 0899 (this is a US phone number; you will get charged by your local telecom provider for this call)
2. Wait until the IVR answers and then enter the last 7 digits of your access number
3. Then you will be prompted to enter you PIN. Do so followed by the # key.

TO CHANGE YOUR CALLBACK NUMBER, press 3
- When prompted, enter the number which you would like to be called back from now on when dialing your access number FOLLOWED BY THE # KEY
